TERMS OF SERVICE
- The Poppins U.S.A. babysitters only care for children who are in your household. Waiver forms must be filled out.
- Reservations are required for babysitting. Reservations must be made by 5:00pm of the day before you require the service.
- A minimum of 3 hours is required. Any extension of the hours reserved can be made in 30 minute increments subject to the above prices (Extended Hours within Regular Hours). Ex) Reserved end time of 5:00 pm, actual pick-up time 5:01 pm => $20 late pick-up charge in addition to the reserved service price.
- Full amount of reserved time will be charged if you shorten the use of service hours. Cancellations:
- If cancellation is made by 5:00pm on the day before the date the service is originally required, 50% of the fee for the service will be charged.
- If cancellation is made after 5:00pm on the day before the date the service is originally required, 100% of the fee for the service will be charged.
- No cancellation fee if it is made by 5:00pm two days before the date the service is originally required.
- Baby cots should be prepared for children under 12 months.
- Parents/guardians must provide all meals, snacks and drinks for the children.
- Please inform the babysitter of any special needs or requests that you may have for your child.
- Childcare service will be provided only in your hotel room and within the hotel facility.
- Parents/guardians must be contactable at anytime while children are in care.
- For security reasons, please do not leave valuables in the room.
- Poppins U.S.A. is insured in case of unforeseen accidents.
